The premise

Here’s the bit.

The Queen and her consort gather to christen a naval vessel named for Private Arthur Newberry, a decorated soldier with an extraordinary physical condition. Even introductions prove difficult when his flamboyantly dressed girlfriend corrects the Queen’s pronunciation. Newberry then refuses to let a champagne bottle touch his ship. His girlfriend tries to change his mind, but permission only leads to another dispute over the vessel’s name. Royal patience finally gives way to a more forceful solution.
