The premise

Here’s the bit.

A man shopping for a romantic evening expects to be out of the supermarket in moments. The cashier has other ideas: operating the register becomes a production, every suggestive purchase attracts attention, and a price check brings another delay. Her coworker Felicia then interrupts with an elaborate request for change. As the two cashiers fuss over the transaction and laugh at his identification, the shopper watches his date become interested in other men. By the time his groceries are ready, his evening has fallen apart.
