Two Martians Land in Suburbia

A Martian couple arrives in a rented suburban house to investigate a possible Earth weapon: television. Their human disguises leave them baffled by mirrors, ears and elbows, and a visit from next-door neighbor Garry Moore turns greetings, sitting and smoking into awkward lessons in imitation. Once Moore explains the television set, their urgent reconnaissance gives way to the familiar difficulty of turning it off.

The official upload uses the streaming edition’s episode number 24. Original broadcast listings place the Garry Moore and Durward Kirby episode on February 26, 1968, as season 1, episode 23.
