The premise

After issuing brutal orders to his assistant, Ming retires to a surprisingly ordinary home. His grand costume accompanies chores, answering-machine messages and a bout of channel surfing. When a visitor interrupts the vacuuming, the ruthless ruler briefly returns to work.
