The premise

Here’s the bit.

Host F. Lee Korman welcomes chef Julia Wild to his program VIP, where she has promised to demonstrate chicken cooked in wine. She begins by tasting the wine to make sure it is not sour, then keeps tasting, topping up the pot and herself in equal measure. The stuffing, the soaking and the sauce each need more moisture, and Julia's answers to Korman's questions grow looser and happier as the bottles empty. By the end she is slumped across the counter, cheerfully inviting the flustered host to join her, and he gives up on the interview altogether.
