The premise

Here’s the bit.

A RAF officer asks his men to honour colleagues lost in combat. Two pilots then turn their attention to powdered eggs, claiming the food violates their rights. One declares himself vegan while keeping sausages and bacon on the menu; the other mistakes an unpleasant taste for an allergy. Their grievances reach a darker conclusion when they blame rationing for a fellow airman’s death and have to acknowledge a more obvious wartime explanation.

Say it with us

Highly quotable.

I'm not a wanker about it.

Might have been a bit of that as well.

A little extra

Notes from the archive.

The recurring pilots also feature in Warmonger, a mock war comic in The Armstrong & Miller Book.

The rabbit hole continues

One more couldn’t hurt.
