The premise
Here’s the bit.
After a dog owner lets her pet off its lead and it runs straight into traffic, the Helivets swoop in by helicopter to a blaring action-show title sequence. The pink-jumpsuited duo promise to have the little scamp back to tummy tickles and games of fetch in no time, while the owner keeps pointing out, with mounting exasperation, that the dog is dead and in more than one piece. Undeterred by reality, they insist they can save him anyway and roar off to their next rescue.
