The premise
Here’s the bit.
Jimmy opens presents at his birthday party with his wife Sarah and their friends. Brian keeps talking up the insulated water bottle he brought, while Cooper's gifts grow steadily more alarming: a photo blanket built from pictures pulled off everyone's social media and camera rolls, a sequin pillow printed with Jimmy's medical records, and a pointed hint about where Jimmy hides his private journal. When Jimmy tries to send him home, Cooper unveils a television playing night-vision footage from a months-long sleep study he ran on the couple, then tries to pin the blame on a new girlfriend. The last present is a positive pregnancy test Cooper fished out of the trash, spoiling Sarah's own announcement.

Highly quotable.
It's a picture of your medical records.
Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't. Guess you'll have to open my next gift to find out.
I did a free six-month sleep study for you. Happy birthday, Jimmy.
