Will Forte Is the Seinfeld Bass Player

An orchestra prepares to record an elaborate television theme, but Sean Cardigan keeps replacing his assigned part with a familiar bass groove. The conductor cannot persuade him to follow the score, and his insistence that the session has succeeded becomes increasingly confrontational. After being asked to leave, he returns to destroy the other musicians’ instruments, then retrieves the sheet music he refused to read.
