The premise
Here’s the bit.
Vishnu McKenzie arrives at a clinic in full hockey gear and immediately starts flirting with the nurse. He joins Lance Rock and Wally Wazoo, who debate the risks of their impending vasectomies while trying to sound worldly and confident. Wally is called in for a preliminary examination, and the conversation with the doctor gives the other two plenty to worry about. When the nurse returns for Lance, their bravado disappears in a hurry.
