The premise

Here’s the bit.

Officer Kellogg visits Ms. Filley’s elementary-school classroom to explain why children should avoid drugs. Shallon repeatedly recasts his warnings as exciting advantages, and the other students become increasingly enthusiastic about the subject. Hoping to clarify his message, the officer stages a demonstration in which he plays a drug dealer. Shallon hijacks the exercise with her own elaborate story and encourages her classmates to draw exactly the wrong conclusion. The frustrated guest returns the class to its teacher with a warning about the damage his presentation has done. The teacher then agrees to an early recess as the children set off to pursue their mistaken lesson.
