The premise
Here’s the bit.
Mr. Aymong arrives at NASA eager to become an astronaut, but his interviewer asks him to leave a bowl of potato chips untouched. When Mr. Greenblatt briefly steps out, the applicant eats one. Greenblatt returns, counts the chips and calls in his secretary, Janelda. Their outrage turns the interview into an extravagant interrogation, complete with a blacklist, a desperate confession and a stomach-turning demand for restitution. Even returning the chip cannot rescue Aymong’s ambitions.
