I Drink Your Milkshake
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Bill Hader's Daniel Plainview, with his silent son and partner H.W. at his side, introduces a Food Network series in which he roams the country in search of the perfect milkshake. At a dairy parlor in Bangor, Maine, he greets a couple at their table and explains, with mounting relish, that his enormous straw reaches across the room, then slurps their shake dry, only for the man to shrug that he has a cold, so the joke is on Plainview. This week's special guest is the No Country for Old Men hitman Anton Chigurh; when Plainview presents his boy, he briefly panics that he has abandoned the child again before spotting him right beside him. Chigurh then turns his coin-toss menace on an elderly patron who refuses to give up his milkshake and asks why the stranger has a lady's hairdo, fells him with his air-tank gun and takes the drink. Plainview signs off with a preview of next week's visit to a Kenosha, Wisconsin ice cream shop with a pregnant teenager named Juno, whose torrent of slang leaves him asking whether she is speaking English.

My name is Daniel Plainview. This is my son and partner, H.W. Plainview. I'm an oil man. I travel from state to state searching for oil-rich fields which I can drill on. But when I'm not doing that, I'm on a country-wide quest for my second love, the perfect milkshake. Welcome to my show.
