Distraction Cancelling Glasses
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Borrowing from the horse blinders their company has sold for generations, two upbeat pitchmen introduce glasses that shut out whatever is about to pull a person off task. A husband looking up flights for his wife freezes before an endless chain of tempting web videos and comes back with the fare; a party invitation that would have prompted gloomy comparisons gets the same treatment. The commercial ends by suggesting the blinders can also screen out anything unpleasant on the street, leaving their wearers content and oblivious.

Highly quotable.
Without blinders, these horses would be running around like a bunch of maniacs.
Finally, a world where you can focus on the original thing you were doing.
Distraction blinders remove the distraction.
