The premise
Here’s the bit.
Back from a break, Nicole Parker restarts the cast's on-set Secret Santa swap, and Bobby Lee hands a large present to Nicole Randall Johnson. She unwraps an Aunt Jemima-style cookie jar and asks who would give her something so racist, and Arden Myrin, caught trying to slip away, launches into a long, frantic apology: she was so afraid of buying the wrong thing for a Black colleague that she kept warning herself not to buy exactly that jar, then somehow walked out with it gift-wrapped. Nicole accepts the apology, until Arden adds that she should not look inside the jar, which holds a pair of minstrel salt and pepper shakers that Arden insists are only for pepper. Nicole chases her off the set with Jordan Peele close behind, and Nicole Parker, left with the rest of the cast, nervously sends the show to a break.
