The premise
Here’s the bit.
An action-movie trailer pairs Blade with Karl Childers, whose slow reactions and devotion to fries interrupt the promised thrills. While Blade tries to get his new partner into the fight, a vampire villain played in the style of Christopher Walken waits for their confrontation. The mashup keeps undercutting its dark atmosphere with awkward pauses and mundane distractions.
