The premise
Here’s the bit.
After waiting under a bridge, Cedric finds that Levi has adopted steampunk clothing, accessories and a fantastically modified bicycle. Levi treats his new persona as perfectly ordinary while Cedric questions everything from his outfit to his claimed living arrangements. Their argument turns to a piece of pipe that Levi insists on using like a telescope. Cedric risks the friendship by testing it himself, only to find that Levi has one more way to make him look foolish.
