Nelson Mandela's Boot Camp
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
On a troubled-teens episode of Sally Jessy Raphael's talk show, a fed-up mother complains that her son Ronald is completely out of control, so Sally announces he is headed to boot camp under the toughest leader around. Dave Chappelle cuts in from the studio to warn viewers that this is exactly where the sketch falls apart, as the drill instructor turns out to be Nelson Mandela, played by Dave in a wig he admits looks nothing like the real man. Back at the barracks Mandela slams the teens onto their bunks, fires off puns on his own name and history, threatens to humiliate a heavyset recruit and holds up a bag of drugs to prove he knows what is happening on the streets, before the whole squad ends up dancing and celebrating with him.

This is where the sketch goes completely wrong.

Nelson Mandela ?
This is a full Nelson, bitches are puns. Hey, you, cry freedom. Cry the beloved country. If I wanted to be mean, I would tell this kid how fat he is. Huh? I would tell him that I would squeeze his breasts together and make love to his bosom if he wouldn't.
