The premise
Here’s the bit.
From the stage, Dave complains that beer commercials make a night out with the guys look like nonstop fun and suggests an honest ad that shows the animal beer brings out. The Schlipp's Beer spot that follows opens with friends bear-hugging and cheering, then lurches through a bar confrontation over a woman, a tearful moment blamed on adrenaline, friends relieving themselves in a dark alley, and a carload of drunk guys calling out to a group they take for women, only to realize the women are men, while one friend goes off with them anyway. As the night falls apart and the guys shout after friends who have wandered off, a cheesy slogan card declares that when it's Dudes Night Out, it's Schlipp's Beer.
