The premise

Here’s the bit.

Mr Gibbonposture arrives hoping to discuss a private worry, but Dr Gilbert makes himself comfortable on the consulting couch and dominates the appointment. Promises of discretion give way to gossip about another patient, repeated interruptions and mounting impatience. When Gibbonposture finally explains that he believes he is a rabbit, the doctor responds with threats rather than reassurance. The appointment ends with an enforced change of animal and a decidedly unconventional treatment.
