The premise

Here’s the bit.

Four bowler-hatted men demonstrate a tea party for an Italian television English lesson. Three introduce themselves as chartered accountants, while the fourth insists he is a gorilla. The narrator struggles to keep the lesson on track as familiar objects acquire increasingly unlikely names. A dispute over the gorilla’s pay turns the demonstration into a destructive protest, until a backstage intervention restores the men’s carefully rehearsed introductions.
