The premise

Here’s the bit.

Party host Aisha stages a gender reveal for her friend Ta'Kia in which a pink and a blue costumed monster will brawl, with the winner deciding the baby's sex. Ta'Kia's father Bubba calls it the dumbest idea he has ever seen and refuses any part in it, then pulls aside his son Chris, still moping a year after his divorce, and tells him to move on. When Bubba demands to know if he is good, Chris replies with a string of unrelated words starting with N until his father finally slaps him. Chris then flirts with Aisha, quizzes Ta'Kia about the bearded father of her baby and asks whether the baby is even real, while Ta'Kia pleads for one day about her. The pink monster finally wins, the guests celebrate a girl, and the battered blue monster tries to call for help.
