The premise
Here’s the bit.
At a party split between the Bardi Gang and the Barbz, Rome and Julissa discover an attraction that their rival fandoms forbid. Their cousins try to keep them apart, while DJ Lawrence makes an ill-fated attempt to settle the musical feud. The lovers retreat upstairs and debate whether they could build a future without agreeing on a favorite rapper. Their dramatic pact turns out to involve a sacrifice on social media: choosing each other over their fan identities, even if it costs them followers.
