The premise

Here’s the bit.

Host Clive Anderson calls all four performers down for a hoedown, with Richard Vranch vamping at the piano, and asks the audience for a reason families get together. He swats away a ruder shout and settles on Halloween. Greg Proops opens with a trick-or-treater who has his own chemical reason for not minding the rocks and bugs in his bag, Colin Mochrie complains that he frightens children without needing a mask, Niall Ashdown, on his first Whose Line outing, wrestles a wizard and a blizzard into rhyme before limping to an unfortunate ending, and Ryan Stiles closes by revealing the costume that sends neighbours running every year: Clive Anderson.

The funny people

Meet the cast. 6

Say it with us

Highly quotable.

Incest is a bit too strong for British viewers.

But I do not care, 'cause I trick-or-treat on drugs.

That's because every year I dress as Clive Anderson.
