The premise
Here’s the bit.
After a quick promo touting Cinco's one-touch banking with no human interaction, Eric sits down at the Cinco International Credit Union's Personal Banking Center, whose upbeat automated voice needs just a few more answers to finish setting up his account. The questions are absurd, beginning with whether he lives in a hole or a boat, and every time Eric says no or tries to back out, the machine assumes the opposite: it logs him as a commercial fisherman, gives his boat a strange name, applies that name to his own surname and finally makes it his wife's new legal name. Between screens Eric turns to the camera in growing panic, but the kiosk cheerfully wraps up by mailing his wife a racy VHS tape of Pizza Boy.
