The premise

Here’s the bit.

A businessman with only an hour for lunch stops at a hot dog stand and asks for a plain hot dog and a chocolate shake. The ancient vendor behind the counter insists on writing the order down, mishears it, and then shuffles through every step of preparing it, wasting a stack of hot dogs and plunging his hand into the fryer along the way. By the time he finally tackles the milkshake, the customer's patience is gone, and the drink turns out to contain something other than ice cream.
