New Military Weapon

Major Lewis brings a cabinet secretary and a senator to a Pentagon demonstration of a costly new weapons project. His scientist reveals Dog Head Man, a human body topped with a dog’s head and neck. The officer insists that the hybrid can assemble a rifle, fight and defuse a bomb, but the demonstrations keep giving the visitors reasons to doubt him. The secretary questions the ethics and usefulness of the experiment, while the senator fixates on its bathroom habits. As Dog Head Man gets distracted by food and ordinary canine behavior, Lewis grows defensive and argues that abandoning the project would let China pull ahead.
