Wife's a Witch
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
While his wife slips away to find the wheat bread, her husband leans over the checkout and pleads with the cashier to save him: his wife is a witch, and he has spent the last five years as a pet rabbit in a laundry-room cage, released only to carry home the carrots. The skeptical cashier keeps getting interrupted as the wife returns, and he insists she phone his cousin with a code word. When the cashier finally asks the wife outright, she sighs, chants a rhyming spell, and he is certain he has been transformed again, until a look in a mirror proves he is still a man and he realizes just how gullible he has been. His wife can barely stop laughing as they leave.

Highly quotable.
I can't. I've been a rabbit for five years.
No, lady, this isn't Bewitched. This is my life.
Damn, I'm a rabbit again.
