We Can Pickle That!
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Bryce Shivers and Lisa Eversman turn a surplus of cucumbers into a pitch for their pickling expertise. Soon they are preserving eggs and increasingly unsuitable objects, from discarded ice cream to used bandages and surplus CD cases. Their enthusiasm survives even an unhappy taste test. After advertising their service as a cure for almost any problem, they appear beside a couple struggling in bed, ready to extend their help into a more private predicament.

Highly quotable.
We can pickle that!
Everything should be pickled.
Pickle juice tastes like garbage. It sucks.
A little extra
Notes from the archive.
Armisen and Brownstein said the sketch grew out of seeing increasingly elaborate pickle plates at restaurants and noticing the popularity of jars and old-fashioned presentation.
