The premise
Here’s the bit.
Lou takes Andy to the seaside and tries to buy him an ice cream, but Andy repeatedly insists that he wants only a cone. Lou patiently checks and rechecks before accepting the order. Once they have left the van, Andy changes his mind, sending Lou back for an extravagant replacement while he waits in his wheelchair.
