The premise
Here’s the bit.
While his girlfriend steps away from their outdoor diner table, a well-dressed man named Steven is greeted by an overjoyed stranger who insists they were stitched together in a mad German scientist's human centipede three years earlier, with Steven at the back. Steven grudgingly admits it but says therapy has finally let him move on, and his old companion can't resist a string of crude puns about the experience. Then the third survivor, who rode up front, arrives and is welcomed like a long-lost brother, eagerly digging into a bowl of chili. As the other two bond over what they went through, Steven bitterly points out that their experiences were never equal, since nobody at the back ever got to return the favor. His girlfriend comes back in time to hear the end of the rant and walks out in disgust, leaving Steven to grumble that he has once again ended up on the worst end.
