The premise
Here’s the bit.
In a Postman Pat-style parody, a cheerful narrator finds traffic warden Parking Pataweyo crouched behind a low wall near a primary school during the morning school run, eyeing the latecomers' cars. A mother pulls up on the yellow lines and hurries her children inside while the narrator eggs Pataweyo on, yet when she rushes back moments later the ticket is already on her windscreen, though Pataweyo appears never to have left his hiding place. The narrator asks how he did it, and a slow-motion replay reveals him vaulting the wall, sprinting across the road and sliding over car bonnets to slap on tickets before diving back into hiding with a thumbs-up.
