The premise

Here’s the bit.

Christina arrives at a walk-up apartment after hauling herself and her tools through the snow. Her customer demands speed, but the building’s elaborate locks are only the beginning: a conversation about the supposed family inside makes Christina increasingly suspicious. When the customer pulls a gun, a passing police officer turns the visit into an arrest, then adds a parking complaint of his own.
