The premise

Here’s the bit.

A woman asks for an over-the-counter treatment, but the pharmacist refuses to make it a simple transaction. Questions about underwear and hygiene become unsolicited sexual advice and an announcement over the store loudspeaker. A summoned employee joins the interrogation until the customer offers an exaggerated confession to obtain her medication. The next person in line adapts immediately to the counter’s humiliating rules.
