The premise

Here’s the bit.

A country singer introduces his brother Oren, whose supposed musical accident has left him fit only to tap along. As the guitar starts, the brothers turn a string of political, environmental and medical crises into excuses for aggressive bravado. Oren proves rather more vocal and energetic than the introduction promises.
