It began as a talk-and-comedy show hosted by Ross Shafer; under host John Keister it dropped guests and bands to concentrate on taped sketches, many of them aimed at Seattle neighborhoods, suburbs and local stereotypes. A repackaged version aired nationally on Comedy Central in 1992 and 1993, and its regulars included Joel McHale, Bill Nye, Pat Cashman, Tracey Conway and Nancy Guppy.
