Harry Enfield plays Tim Nice-But-Dim, a cheerful, wealthy old boy in a rugby shirt who is too dim to notice that his "jolly nice" chums keep fleecing him, and who praises them as thoroughly nice blokes regardless. The character, created by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman, began in Harry Enfield's Television Programme and continued in Harry Enfield and Chums.
