Behind the running joke
A little backstory.
A Goodness Gracious Me series in which two rival British Asian mothers meet and try to outdo each other with ever more exaggerated claims about their sons' achievements. Meera Syal and Nina Wadia play the pair, whose exchanges traditionally end with the question of how big the other son's danda is. British Comedy Guide lists their segments across all three series.
