Animal Hospital: Part II
The setup
The premise
Here’s the bit.
Back at the animal hospital, the head veterinarian fiddles with the control panel of the cremation oven and assures the camera that the patient inside should by now be reduced to dust. When he opens the door his face falls: he lifts out a roasting tray holding a golden-brown bird surrounded by roast potatoes and carrots. Staring at the meal in dismay, he decides the oven must simply not be hot enough and that he will have to complain to the engineer, conceding that the result looks far more like Sunday lunch than a cremation and that the whole thing is terrible.

Highly quotable.
He should be reduced to no more than a handful of dust now.
The oven just isn't hot enough to burn things.
This just looks cooked, more than anything.

The sketch pays off the episode's earlier Animal Hospital segment, in which the same veterinary team treats an injured pheasant.
