The premise

Here’s the bit.

Soft-spoken instructor Dana Yogahanson opens her daytime yoga program by inviting viewers to unwind with a cup of green pea tea that she admits smells unpleasant. Her gentle leg-relaxation routine goes wrong when her legs fall asleep, so she abandons them and moves on, using the pause to promote a book of yoga postures for drivers, a greatest-hits tape and a soy burger maker. When her arms go numb as well, she gives up on the limbs entirely and ends the lesson lying knotted on the cushions while insisting everyone feels wonderfully relaxed.

Highly quotable.

It may smell like dirty old socks, but it's so refreshing.

My legs are asleep.

It tells you how to take very lovely little naps at stop signs and at traffic lights
