The premise
Here’s the bit.
At a Halloween party in Stark Tower, Captain America, dressed as a scarecrow, teases Hawkeye for showing up as a green version of himself; Hawkeye insists he is Green Arrow, a completely different hero, because he is wearing a hood. Iron Man then makes an entrance in a full Loki costume, and the Hulk, taking the disguise at face value, grabs him and slams him back and forth across the floor before Hawkeye can explain who is inside. The Hulk shrugs that the party needed some action, while Captain America calmly reads MAD and reminds the battered Iron Man that he could have come as the Tin Man to match his own costume, prompting the Hulk to perk up at the word Loki once more.
