The premise
Here’s the bit.
Death welcomes William the Conqueror onto his afterlife chat show and asks about the king’s funeral. William learns that his bloated corpse proved too large for its stone coffin, with disastrous results. Death enjoys the story far more than his guest, then sends the offended king on his way.
