A VERY GOOD USE OF YOUR TIME.

The setup

The premise

Here’s the bit.

A teacher introduces French to an international class, but each student brings familiar national attitudes to the lesson. English resistance, Irish pronunciation, Swedish vowels and American insistence on English keep disrupting his explanations, while a polite Canadian reveals an entirely different reason for attending. Questions about smoking, food and romance turn the lesson into a catalogue of cultural clichés.
