The Vancome Lady refuses to help certain patients at the Betty Ford Clinic. She is a mean-spirited, emotionally abusive woman who doesn't respect people's privacy, insulting patients and staff with her signature brash, intrusive behavior and comedic rudeness. In this sketch, the character brings her confrontational and offensive persona to a rehabilitation center setting, where she continues her pattern of inappropriate behavior.
