The Vancome Lady is a mean-spirited, emotionally abusive woman who doesn't respect people's privacy, insulting people with her signature brash, intrusive behavior and comedic rudeness. Known for her catchphrases "Chia, you know what" and "How may I help you?" Character is also known as "Kathy" in some sketches.
