The Vancome Lady character is a mean-spirited, emotionally abusive woman who doesn't respect people's privacy, insulting people with her signature brash, intrusive behavior and comedic rudeness. The character first appeared in the very first episode of Mad TV (Season 1, Episode 1) and became a recurring character throughout the series.
