Vicky Pollard is a Little Britain teenager from the Bristol area played by Matt Lucas. Dressed in a grubby pink Kappa tracksuit, she meets any accusation with a breathless flood of gossip that has nothing to do with the question, spoken in a fast Bristolian accent. Lucas based her on the West Country teenagers he saw while studying at the University of Bristol.
One great character.
