The premise

Here’s the bit.

On the studio floor, the show's director Ross corners Christine with a clipboard question: which April holiday falls on what was once the Roman New Year? Christine knows that saying "I don't know" is the show's trigger for a dousing, so she dodges and stalls. Ross reassures her that, since this episode is all about holidays, she has been given a holiday from slime, and he asks again. Trusting him, Christine admits she has no idea, and a bucket of green slime pours down on her head. As she stands there dripping and stunned, Ross cheerfully supplies the answer he set her up with: April Fools' Day.
