The premise
Here’s the bit.
Grill Vogel welcomes viewers to Business Hugs, a training tape promising to keep them current on workplace hugging etiquette. His first lesson stages a sad office moment: Mark consoles his coworker Jon after hearing about Jon's family tragedy, but Vogel freezes the tape and declares the clumsy embrace inappropriate. He then walks Mark through his approved technique, an oddly intimate routine that finishes with a pat in a decidedly unprofessional place.
