Cabbage Head: Old Friends

Kay, Essie and Emily reunite at a restaurant and trade news about their lives. A waiter delivers a plate of fries from Cabbage Head, who soon installs himself at their table with his own lawn chair. His professed respect for feminism quickly gives way to crude propositions, accusations of prejudice and attempts to win sympathy for his childhood. Emily challenges his sexual boasts and leaves him visibly embarrassed. He turns that embarrassment into another plea to stay, wearing down the friends until they reluctantly let him join their evening.
